What is Holistic Health
Holistic Health is a wellness approach that considers a person’s physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health
What are your operating hours?
Appointments are available Monday through Friday in the afternoons Pacific Time.
What does a typical coaching session look like?
Calls are generally an hour unless otherwise discussed. They are client-driven, meaning the client chooses what to discuss and will choose which goals they want to create. The coach is there to facilitate the process and discuss methods of reaching goals, planning for events, and identifying potential obstacles and how to overcome them.
Do you meet in person?
Most calls are made online via Google Meet; however, we can arrange an in-person meeting if you live in the area.
Will you create a meal plan for me?
No. Licensed dietitians or nutritionists create meal plans. I am a coach here to help you make lifestyle changes.
Can my partner join me on my call?
Initial calls are one-on-one. However, it is essential to have support so we can arrange a call to include someone in your support network.
